Roadmap to Recovery – realising a new future for the construction industry

The Construction Leadership Council has launched the Roadmap to Recovery laying out its proposals to secure the future of the industry post Covid. Their task group is engaging with government to test how the proposals might be delivered. The CLC envisage three phases – Restart, Reset and Reinvent with a view to progressing to a more capable, sustainable and productive model for the industry.

Constructing Excellence has published its Green Paper in response, seeking views across the industry. This webinar will discuss the Roadmap, bringing together several key speakers including:

• Alison Nichol, Head of Constructing Excellence
• John Finlay, formerly head of the NWCH
• John Alker of UKGBC
• James Flannery, Construction Director of Cunard Construction and Head of Liverpool Construction Excellence
• Peter McDermott, Chair of Construction Excellence North West

They will be offering their views on what the new future could look like with contributions from the attendees.
