CDM 15 is on the horizon with the L-series Guidance issued 9^th January 2015 and with the new regulations coming into effect on 6^th April 2015. There have been a significant number of small changes made to the draft regulations in response to the consultation returns. The duty holders remain the same – Client, Designer, Contractor – with the CDM Coordinator role being re-named to Principal Designer.
